Lesson 2: My Daily Routine – Simple Present

You will learn a basic grammar rule in each lesson and see clear examples. After that, you will write your own sentences or a short paragraph using the new rule and vocabulary. When you finish, you will send your writing to the AI to get correction, feedback, and a score in English.

Grammar Focus: Simple Present (I go, I eat, I play)

We use the Simple Present to talk about things we do every day.

For I / You / We / They → use the base verb:

  • I play

  • You eat

  • They go

For He / She / It → add -s to the verb:

  • Use this tense for daily actions.

  • With he / she / it, always add -s, es, or ies.

  • Do not use “am / is / are” before the main verb.

    ❌ He is play

    ✅ He plays

Examples:

  1. I wake up at 7 a.m.

  2. I go to school.

  3. I eat breakfast.

  4. My father works every day.

  5. She studies English.
