Lesson 10: The Best Day of My Year
Last Saturday was the best day of my year.
My family and I went to the largest amusement park in the country. It was the most exciting place I had ever seen.
The roller coaster was the fastest ride in the park, and it was also the scariest. My little sister chose the smallest ride because she was afraid.
At night, we watched the biggest fireworks show near the lake. The colors were the most beautiful part of the evening.
Before we left, my father said, “This is the happiest day of our year.”
I think he was right.
